Your gear was really good quality. The pens haven't had their logo fade and don't run out quickly like a lot of similar promotional pens. The drink bottles are very high quality, Australian made, thick plastic that doesn't wear easily, and the plastic is sturdy and durable. The delivery was very quick to as I recall. Happy to do business again if &&*^%^ (big brand) or anyone I know of needs some things done.
