1,2,3 and 4 Colour Prints
The most common way to decorate merchandise - it is as it sounds! - reproducing your logo or message by printing in varying amounts of colours. The more colours we use the greater the cost. We use different print methods such as screen printing and pad printing. One colour prints are, usually, the lowest cost way to decorate your chosen product.
maxiCOLOUR and Full Colour
maxiCOLOUR and Full Colour are the same thing - printing in unlimited colours for no extra cost. Technology is decreasing the cost of these print methods and making them closer and closer to the price of single print colours. We use digital, CMYK and transfer prints to achieve these decoration outcomes.
Embroidery
Using coloured threads we directly stitch onto garments, bags and headwear. The process of doing this is fairly technical but what is easy to understand is the effectiveness of embroidery as a decoration finish. Embroidery can be great for more subtle decoration/branding.
Laser Engraving
One of our favourite decoration methods! A laser engraving machine uses a laser light to etch onto the surface of products made usually of metal. This gives a decoration that is usually a silver tone. Producing an up-market subtle finish, laser engraving is for those that understand brand investment.
Debossing
Debossing is a permanent decoration process where we create a metal block that has your logo on a raised profile. This is then pressed into the chosen product (usually a leather or leather-like material) at a very high pressure to leave the logo shape indented into the product.
SupaSub
A patch that has been printed in full colour which is then sewn onto your chosen product. Very fine detail can be achieved.
SupaEtch
A suede patch is engraved with a laser and then sewn onto the product to give a badge appearance. With various badge colours available, this is a new decoration method that is taking the market by storm.
Full Colour Sticker
A full colour sticker allows for an unlimited colour printed label that is then adhered to your chosen product. They are a cost-effective decoration method and allows for branding of products that cannot be directly printed on. Popular on confectionery, sunscreen, hand sanitisers and more.
