Our company recognises this valuable work and commitment - without this time or money many of the things we take for granted would not exist! Reflecting our commitment to the voluntary sector we give support in the best way we can - lower pricing. Our product pricing is already low but if we can give a discount of a few percent we will - please note - this is not possible on all products but please ask if we can help with the item that you require - we will try help however we can.

Extra logos?
Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Promotional Flash Drives on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

Delivery times
Every single item we market is custom branded with your logo details. Over 90% of our products can be with you in 2-3 weeks - most areas in Australia. The delivery timeframe for your order will be confirmed by us at order placement time. If you need a faster delivery please ask us - we will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Deliveries
Most of our items are costed without freight as this cost can vary greatly in Australia. What we always do is identify the most cost effective and timely freight carrier. We decorate products in these cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If you would prefer to use your own freight account we will be happy to assist.

How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
