However we do recognise that Charities, Community Organisations and Clubs support the communities that we live in and those less fortunate than us. If it was not for the time and money of volunteers many of the things we take for granted would not exist and our communities would be the poorer for it. If you are planning a purchase for such a group please ask if we can assist, not all products can be discounted due to very tight margins but if we have a few percent up our sleeve we will help wherever we can.

No set up fees set up
If you are seeking quotes on similar products from multiple suppliers you have to be aware that not all costs that you see are the same!. We INCLUDE set up fees as standard in our pricing - we have from day one!. Ask not why we include costs as standard but ask why others don't!

Extra logos?
Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Radius Satchel on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

How long for delivery?
Most of our custom branded items can delivered to you in 10-20 days complete with your logo or message, sometimes though we can get products out to you even quicker - simply ask one of our reps about your requirement - we will try our best to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible.

Transport to you
We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.

Payment methods
We accept Credit Cards, cheques and EFT payments. Very often a Credit Card payment will come attract a small surcharge which is levied upon us by the Credit Card company and will be passed on.
