All of our valuable customers benefit from our budget pricing policy - we recognise that marketing budgets are tight and support you with as low a price as we can offer without sacrificing customer service and product quality. That said we strongly believe that local groups that are not for profit and local charities deserve as much support as responsible businesses can offer. If your group, club or charity would like some pricing assistance please ask us. Please note - discounts are not available on some products as our margin is very low but we may be able to help your group with a small discount of a few percentage points on some products.

Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Promotional Lollipop can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

How long for delivery?
Most of our custom branded items can delivered to you in 10-20 days complete with your logo or message, sometimes though we can get products out to you even quicker - simply ask one of our reps about your requirement - we will try our best to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Payment methods
We accept Credit Cards, cheques and EFT payments. Very often a Credit Card payment will come attract a small surcharge which is levied upon us by the Credit Card company and will be passed on.
