If it was not for the time and money of volunteers many of the things we take for granted would not exist and our communities would be the poorer for it. If you are planning a purchase for such a group please ask if we can assist, not all products can be discounted due to very tight margins but if we have a few percent up our sleeve we will help wherever we can.

Additional Logos or branding
One of the main features of Promotional Products is that they can convey multiple messages. On a Coffee Mug for example you can have your logo on one side reinforcing your brand and on the opposite side you may have a call to action such as 'call us now for service'. Decorating on multiple positions of a product usually adds to the cost - please contact your salesperson for guidance.

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Wholesale Balloon on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Pay - your way
We accept the following payment methods - EFT, cheque and Credit Cards. Credit Cards often attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances in order to keep our costs down for those that pay using methods like EFT.
