Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Engraved Keyring Sydney on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.
Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
