All of our valuable customers benefit from our budget pricing policy - we recognise that marketing budgets are tight and support you with as low a price as we can offer without sacrificing customer service and product quality. That said we strongly believe that local groups that are not for profit and local charities deserve as much support as responsible businesses can offer. If your group, club or charity would like some pricing assistance please ask us. Please note - discounts are not available on some products as our margin is very low but we may be able to help your group with a small discount of a few percentage points on some products.

It is our belief that our prices are Australia's lowest, if we cannot better a competitors quote on the same or similar product we will donate $10 to the charity of your choice. Here is a unique surprise - SET UP FEES ARE INCLUDED HERE!. We were the first company in Australia to market Branded Items online with pricing that includes set up. Others don't, they will charge you from $60-$120+GST per colour extra for setting up your logo - that's a lot of money to slip into a quote!

Extra logos?
Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Promotional Bookmark on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

Delivery times
Every single item we market is custom branded with your logo details. Over 90% of our products can be with you in 2-3 weeks - most areas in Australia. The delivery timeframe for your order will be confirmed by us at order placement time. If you need a faster delivery please ask us - we will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
