Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.
Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Promotional Hats can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.
How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.
Shipping
Our company services clients all over Australia from our decoration shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Where the product is decorated will depend on a number of factors - what you can be assured of is we select the best decoration shop to get your product to you looking great, on time and as quickly as possible.
Payment methods
We accept Credit Cards, cheques and EFT payments. Very often a Credit Card payment will come attract a small surcharge which is levied upon us by the Credit Card company and will be passed on.
