Additional Logos or branding
One of the main features of Promotional Products is that they can convey multiple messages. Decorating on multiple positions of a product usually adds to the cost - please contact your salesperson for guidance.
Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Branded Bucket Hats can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.
How long for delivery?
Most of our custom branded items can delivered to you in 10-20 days complete with your logo or message, sometimes though we can get products out to you even quicker - simply ask one of our reps about your requirement - we will try our best to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible.
Deliveries
Most of our items are costed without freight as this cost can vary greatly in Australia. What we always do is identify the most cost effective and timely freight carrier. We decorate products in these cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If you would prefer to use your own freight account we will be happy to assist.
Flexible payment options
EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
