If you're a fan of tea you'll love our Promotional Tea Bags. Brought to you by Loyal Tea these tea leaves are premium quality and hand picked in Sri Lanka. Loyal Tea is very conscious of sustainability and social engagement and as such are Rainforest Alliance certified, participate in the Tea Without Tears project and the Ethical Tea Partnership. This shows loyalty to the environment, the local population, the tea pickers and you too.

These pouches will include one pyramid pouch with first class Loyaltea of your choice and full colour logo branding. The flavours to choose from are: Earl Grey, Breakfast, Forest Fruit, Green, Green Mango and Green Mint.

One of the main features of Promotional Products is that they can convey multiple messages. On a Coffee Mug for example you can have your logo on one side reinforcing your brand and on the opposite side you may have a call to action such as 'call us now for service'. Decorating on multiple positions of a product usually adds to the cost - please contact your salesperson for guidance.

Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.

EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
