Please note - discounts are not available on some products as our margin is very low but we may be able to help your group with a small discount of a few percentage points on some products.

Others don't, they will charge you from $60-$120+GST per colour extra for setting up your logo - that's a lot of money to slip into a quote!

One of the main features of Promotional Products is that they can convey multiple messages. On a Coffee Mug for example you can have your logo on one side reinforcing your brand and on the opposite side you may have a call to action such as 'call us now for service'. Decorating on multiple positions of a product usually adds to the cost - please contact your salesperson for guidance.


We are here to help in anyway - samples included!. However it should be noted that we have to buy these samples ourselves from the import company and as such you may be asked to pay for the sample.


Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.


Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.


We accept the following payment methods - EFT, cheque and Credit Cards. Credit Cards often attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances in order to keep our costs down for those that pay using methods like EFT.
