Our product pricing is already low but if we can give a discount of a few percent we will - please note - this is not possible on all products but please ask if we can help with the item that you require - we will try help however we can.

Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Leichhardt Pen can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

Delivery times
Every single item we market is custom branded with your logo details. Over 90% of our products can be with you in 2-3 weeks - most areas in Australia. The delivery timeframe for your order will be confirmed by us at order placement time. If you need a faster delivery please ask us - we will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Deliveries
Most of our items are costed without freight as this cost can vary greatly in Australia. What we always do is identify the most cost effective and timely freight carrier. We decorate products in these cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If you would prefer to use your own freight account we will be happy to assist.

How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
