Additional Logos or branding
One of the main features of Promotional Products is that they can convey multiple messages. On a Coffee Mug for example you can have your logo on one side reinforcing your brand and on the opposite side you may have a call to action such as 'call us now for service'. Decorating on multiple positions of a product usually adds to the cost - please contact your salesperson for guidance.

Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Thomas Pen can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

Delivery times
Every single item we market is custom branded with your logo details. Over 90% of our products can be with you in 2-3 weeks - most areas in Australia. The delivery timeframe for your order will be confirmed by us at order placement time. If you need a faster delivery please ask us - we will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Deliveries
Most of our items are costed without freight as this cost can vary greatly in Australia. What we always do is identify the most cost effective and timely freight carrier. We decorate products in these cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If you would prefer to use your own freight account we will be happy to assist.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
