Community and Not for Profit Organisation discounts - Edison
All of our valuable customers benefit from our budget pricing policy - we recognise that marketing budgets are tight and support you with as low a price as we can offer without sacrificing customer service and product quality. That said we strongly believe that local groups that are not for profit and local charities deserve as much support as responsible businesses can offer. If your group, club or charity would like some pricing assistance please ask us. Please note - discounts are not available on some products as our margin is very low but we may be able to help your group with a small discount of a few percentage points on some products.

Our company is very much focused on providing Australia's best value Promotional Merchandise. If you find a similar looking product for less (please make sure their costs include 'set-up') we want to know about it!. Quite simply we will bend over backwards to beat any competitors pricing. Extra logos - no problem
We market a wide range of Promotional Products - almost all can have one or more logos featured on them - please just ask a sales team member for more information.

Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Edison samples included!. However it should be noted that we have to buy these samples ourselves from the import company and as such you may be asked to pay for the sample.

How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

Deliveries
Most of our items are costed without freight as this cost can vary greatly in Australia. What we always do is identify the most cost effective and timely freight carrier. We decorate products in these cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If you would prefer to use your own freight account we will be happy to assist.

How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
