All of our valuable customers benefit from our budget pricing policy - we recognise that marketing budgets are tight and support you with as low a price as we can offer without sacrificing customer service and product quality. That said we strongly believe that local groups that are not for profit and local charities deserve as much support as responsible businesses can offer. If your group, club or charity would like some pricing assistance please ask us. Please note - discounts are not available on some products as our margin is very low but we may be able to help your group with a small discount of a few percentage points on some products.

Over many years we have noted that our customers seek three main things - great quality Promotional Items that effectively promote their brand and message, outstanding customer service and low pricing. We research our leading web competitors and believe that our prices are the country's lowest - if you chance upon a lower price please let us know we will try our very best to lower our costs to beat it (assuming the other product is of the same quality). No set up fees set up
If you are seeking quotes on similar products from multiple suppliers you have to be aware that not all costs that you see are the same!. We INCLUDE set up fees as standard in our pricing - we have from day one!. Ask not why we include costs as standard but ask why others don't!

Making your order of Deloraine
Organising your supply of our Promotional Items or Clothing is easy!. Simply call one of our friendly customer service people or follow the prompts above where it says 'order here'

Need an extra decoration?
Almost all of the Promotional Products we offer can feature multiple logos - ask one of our staff members for more details.

Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Deloraine samples included!. However it should be noted that we have to buy these samples ourselves from the import company and as such you may be asked to pay for the sample.

Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Pay - your way
We accept the following payment methods - EFT, cheque and Credit Cards. Credit Cards often attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances in order to keep our costs down for those that pay using methods like EFT.
