If you are planning a purchase for such a group please ask if we can assist, not all products can be discounted due to very tight margins but if we have a few percent up our sleeve we will help wherever we can.

Extra logos - no problem
We market a wide range of Promotional Products - almost all can have one or more logos featured on them - please just ask a sales team member for more information.

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Stress Balls Customised on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
