However we do recognise that Charities, Community Organisations and Clubs support the communities that we live in and those less fortunate than us. If it was not for the time and money of volunteers many of the things we take for granted would not exist and our communities would be the poorer for it. Making your order of Promotional Magnetic Clip
Organising your supply of our Promotional Items or Clothing is easy!. Simply call one of our friendly customer service people or follow the prompts above where it says 'order here'
Additional Logos or branding
One of the main features of Promotional Products is that they can convey multiple messages. On a Coffee Mug for example you can have your logo on one side reinforcing your brand and on the opposite side you may have a call to action such as 'call us now for service'. Decorating on multiple positions of a product usually adds to the cost - please contact your salesperson for guidance.
Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Promotional Magnetic Clip on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.
Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.
Deliveries
Most of our items are costed without freight as this cost can vary greatly in Australia. What we always do is identify the most cost effective and timely freight carrier. We decorate products in these cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. If you would prefer to use your own freight account we will be happy to assist.
How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
