Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Dual Croc Clip samples included!. However it should be noted that we have to buy these samples ourselves from the import company and as such you may be asked to pay for the sample.
Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.
Transport to you
We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.
How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
