If it was not for the time and money of volunteers many of the things we take for granted would not exist and our communities would be the poorer for it. If you are planning a purchase for such a group please ask if we can assist, not all products can be discounted due to very tight margins but if we have a few percent up our sleeve we will help wherever we can.

It is our belief that our prices are Australia's lowest, if we cannot better a competitors quote on the same or similar product we will donate $10 to the charity of your choice. No set up fees set up
If you are seeking quotes on similar products from multiple suppliers you have to be aware that not all costs that you see are the same!. We INCLUDE set up fees as standard in our pricing - we have from day one!. Ask not why we include costs as standard but ask why others don't!

Making your order of Wholesale Balloons
Organising your supply of our Promotional Items or Clothing is easy!. Simply call one of our friendly customer service people or follow the prompts above where it says 'order here'

Extra logos - no problem
We market a wide range of Promotional Products - almost all can have one or more logos featured on them - please just ask a sales team member for more information.

Getting Samples
We are here to help in anyway - Wholesale Balloons samples included!. However it should be noted that we have to buy these samples ourselves from the import company and as such you may be asked to pay for the sample.

How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

Transport to you
We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
