All of our valuable customers benefit from our budget pricing policy - we recognise that marketing budgets are tight and support you with as low a price as we can offer without sacrificing customer service and product quality. That said we strongly believe that local groups that are not for profit and local charities deserve as much support as responsible businesses can offer. If your group, club or charity would like some pricing assistance please ask us. Please note - discounts are not available on some products as our margin is very low but we may be able to help your group with a small discount of a few percentage points on some products.

If you are seeking quotes on similar products from multiple suppliers you have to be aware that not all costs that you see are the same!. We INCLUDE set up fees as standard in our pricing - we have from day one!. Ask not why we include costs as standard but ask why others don't!

Extra logos?
Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Custom Keyring - Car Dealer can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

How long does an order take?
Our standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks. If, however, you have a requirement for a faster delivery please call us and ask the question - we will try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Flexible payment options
EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
