Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Promotional Backpacks can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
