Extra logos?
Every one of the Promotional Products supplied by our company can feature any advertising message or brand logo. Almost all of them can be branded in a secondary area or feature multiple logos - such as sponsor logos - it really does depend on your selected item - ask one of our helpful staff for more details.

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Promotional Bamboo Bag on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.

Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.

Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

How to pay
We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
