We understand and respect that community organisations and not for profit groups play an important function in Australian local community life. Without volunteers time and money many of the things we take for granted would not operate. Our company seeks to assist such groups as best we can. Our pricing is recognised to be Australia's best value however it is sometimes possible to assist further on certain products (please note that not all items can be discounted) - please just ask us the question - we will try our very best to assist you further.

Free Logo Setting
Here is a unique surprise - SET UP FEES ARE INCLUDED HERE!. We were the first company in Australia to market Branded Items online with pricing that includes set up. Others don't, they will charge you from $60-$120+GST per colour extra for setting up your logo - that's a lot of money to slip into a quote!

Product Samples
Sometimes clients request an actual product sample to make double-sure that the Customized Stickers on the web is exactly what they (or their boss!) requires. It is our policy to send free samples where possible - existing clients who have a track record of following a sample request with an order obviously get samples more readily from us. We will usually ask to provide you with a formal quote for you to approve before going to the expense of sampling. Please note though that many of the products that are requested are not cheap and we have to buy these ourselves from the import agent so you may be asked to pay for samples that are worth a few dollars.
How long for delivery?
Most of our custom branded items can delivered to you in 10-20 days complete with your logo or message, sometimes though we can get products out to you even quicker - simply ask one of our reps about your requirement - we will try our best to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible.
Freight
Freight is charged at cost coming direct from one of our decoration shops direct to you to save time and money. We ship our customised promotional items direct from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Pay - your way
We accept the following payment methods - EFT, cheque and Credit Cards. Credit Cards often attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances in order to keep our costs down for those that pay using methods like EFT.
