Recieving a sample of Traveller Kit can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

Most of our custom branded items can delivered to you in 10-20 days complete with your logo or message, sometimes though we can get products out to you even quicker - simply ask one of our reps about your requirement - we will try our best to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible.

We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.

We accept all the usual payment methods - EFT, Cheque and Credit Card being our preferred method. Credit card payment usually attracts a small fee which we pass on in most cases.
