Without volunteers time and money many of the things we take for granted would not operate. Our company seeks to assist such groups as best we can. Our pricing is recognised to be Australia's best value however it is sometimes possible to assist further on certain products (please note that not all items can be discounted) - please just ask us the question - we will try our very best to assist you further.

If you are seeking quotes on similar products from multiple suppliers you have to be aware that not all costs that you see are the same!. We INCLUDE set up fees as standard in our pricing - we have from day one!. Ask not why we include costs as standard but ask why others don't!

Sample Policy
Supplying customers with samples requires us to buy them from import companies usually. As such existing clients are usually not charged for samples but if you are new to us and call up looking for $50 worth of samples free of charge we will probably ask you to contribute to this cost.
Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.
Transport to you
We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.
Flexible payment options
EFT, Credit Cards and Cheques are all gladly accepted. It should be noted though that Credit Card Companies do charge us a fee and we will in most cases pass this fee on.
