Sample Policy
Recieving a sample of Biodegradable Bags can help you make a decision more easily. As such we can organise a sample of our products quickly and easily. Some samples attract a cost due to the cost that we have to outlay getting them - please just call us to find what, if any cost will apply to the product/s you require. Ongoing clients are more likely to get a free sample than someone requiring a small order of an expensive item that we will have to buy ourselves.

Production times
We pride ourselves in making the impossible happen, if you have a rush order requirement the best thing to do is call and ask us how long it will take. The standard delivery timeframe for most products is 2-3 weeks.

Transport to you
We freight custom products from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (it depends on which product you have ordered and where you are) direct to you by a couple of nationally recognised freight companies. Transport is usually additional at cost depending on your consignment size and is normally quoted at the same time as the actual product. If you prefer you can also organise your own freight arrangements.

Pay - your way
We accept the following payment methods - EFT, cheque and Credit Cards. Credit Cards often attract a fee from the host companies which will be passed on in most circumstances in order to keep our costs down for those that pay using methods like EFT.
